What do we require of our borrowers?
At Hilton Financial Corporation, we are not like typical banks. There are no major hoops to jump through to get your financing in place. We ask for minimal paperwork, the rest is up to the equity in the property.
There are many ways we can work with you. You can bring us a property that you have under contract and start there, however, it is easiest to get pre-qualified first.
The following information is what we will need to pre-qualify you:
- Personal Financial Statement for the entity applying for the loan. (We will need personal financial statements on each member that has over a 20% ownership) You can find the personal financial statement HERE.
- First two pages of the last two years tax returns for the entity and any member with over 20% ownership.
- We pull a single bureau credit report (no charge). Already have credit pulled on yourself? If the report is within 90 days old, send it to us and we will not pull a report until we are ready to fund.
